Damages and issues:Â Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:Â Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges: We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Regrettably, returns cannot be processed after this period. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return.
The item being returned must be unused and in the original condition as received.
Please note that certain items, such as sale merchandise or custom orders, are not eligible for return.

Restocking fee:Â Please note that all returns accrue a 5% restocking/handling fee

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow for 5 days.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
